After working in fine-dining restaurants, chef-owner Benjamin Cormier returned to his native region in 2018 to open Origines Cuisine Maritime, offering a relaxed dining experience with flavors inspired by the Maritimes' terroir. With privileged access to various seafood and local produce, menus constantly evolve with the seasons.

Perfectly situated for enjoying the sunset over the sea, the restaurant offers a welcome as warm as its decor.
