Cielo / Glamping Maritime

Pat and Emilie are owner and founder of Cielo Glamping Maritime, a four-season eco-tourism accommodation site that opened in January 2019.

Cielo is located on the edge of St-Simon Bay, where guests can enjoy the sunset from one of 5 luxurious domes. These domes, nicknamed the Pearls, are veritable little houses featuring a full kitchen, a toilet with glass shower, a Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue, a hammock, a seasonal outdoor shower and electric hot tubs available year-round.

In order to offer a complete experience to their clientele and promote our local products, Pat and Emilie have created the Hub, a place based on the sharing of space and resources that enables networking between people from the community, visitors and our local producers. The Hub enables the development, production, promotion and sale of new local products. The Cielo site includes a large garden area where they produce vegetables, berries and edible flowers for processing in the kitchen at Cielo.

Since the opening of Cielo and the Hub, the team has created nearly 40 new products, which they produce on site in their commercial kitchen, or in collaboration with various local producers.

The Hub's unique catering concept revolves around the discovery of these unique products and the development of new recipes.
